Okay, this is a trick that I learned to help with conversions of common trig angles (in radians, of course) to actual values. If it helps, label your hand like below. Now, you may wonder how this helps. Well, if you are looking for the value of sin(π/6), then you would simply bend down the finger with (π/6) on it, like below. At this point, to find sine, follow the arrow drawn on the palm....
